Pull up a blanket or chair and enjoy the ambience of music and garden flora during MSU’s free outdoor concert series. The W.J. Beal Botanical Garden plays host to select student groups presented by the MSU College of Music. Concerts happen rain or shine! The MSU Food Truck and Dairy Store ice cream will be on site for the audience to enjoy while you listen to the music.

Brass Tacks is a tuba and euphonium ensemble made up of students from the College of Music at Michigan State University, Its members, Will Sutton (Euphonium), Colin Guimond (Euphonium), Travis Scott (Tuba), and Joe LeFevre (Tuba) are all students of Professor Phil Sinder. Their program consists of music spanning all time periods and genres including baroque music, contemporary music, and marches.

Rain Location: Music Building.

In the event of rain, signs will be posted on the Music Building entrances directing audience members to M120
Ice cream and the Food Truck will be available, rain or shine!
