Recording Services Order Form

You will be directed to our new E-Store to order any recording services, including scheduling a new recital, session recording, editing/mastering and duplication of older recitals, concerts, etc. Orders must be completed at least two weeks before your recital date or it may be subject to a $40 late fee (see our Policies page for more details). Once you have paid, you will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming the recording. Please note that scheduling a recording session does not guarantee you a space. This must be done with the Main Office prior to booking our services.

If there are any questions, concerns, or changes to your session please contact us. We understand cancelations and changes do occur when scheduling your recital or concert, however, if given less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $50 cancelation fee. Please be aware that you should not order our services until you have a confirmed date, time, location of your recital or session with the main office.

Paper order forms will no longer be accepted, please note this change takes effect Fall 2015.

Orders placed online will require a credit card payment at the time the order is placed. All credit card information is secured through our partners at CASHNet and meet PCI-compliancy and University standards.
