Charles Atrium on the Cook main floor of the Billman Music PavilionThe College of Music community is located in the beautiful north neighborhood of MSU’s historic campus. Our main Music Building and Music Practice Building have the charm of a classic college campus with modern amenities, but there is also an exciting life to be lived across campus and the surrounding area.

Choosing where to pursue a college degree is an important decision, and finding the best school for you is the key. At MSU, the College of Music offers a close-knit community that feels like home, but it is in the midst of a vibrant Big Ten community with everything from intramural sports, over 500 student clubs, arts, museums, shopping, and entertainment. It is truly as big or as small a community as you want to make it with a variety of scalable opportunities to help you forge your own path.
