The Communications Office handles the PowerPoint that is displayed on the lobby monitors in the Music and Music Practice Buildings. If you are planning a master class, a guest presentation, or another event that is not being publicized in standard ways, send information to the Communictions Office 3 to 4 weeks before the event and ask for it to be included on the monitors.
