Entrepreneurship Opportunities

The Greater Lansing Community Concert Series brings the gift of music to underserved communities and those who lack the mobility to attend our campus performances. Simultaneously, the GLCCS provides students with opportunities to plan and execute educational outreach programs in a real-world environment. In this experiential learning environment, students will practice

  • Creating marketing materials
  • Program planning
  • Performing
  • Public speaking
  • Engaging an audience

Students create and develop their concert concept with mentorship from the Running Start office, perform the concert, and assess their program after its completion. Students must have faculty approval to participate in the program.

To apply, please complete the GLCCS application form.
