César Cañón is a well know Latin American piano accompanist for Chamber music. As a pianist specializing in accompanying vocal repertoire, he has performed works featuring the unique Spanish “zarzuela” styled lyrics by Jaime Manzur at the Opera de Colombia in Bogotá. Cañón has also accompanied renowned vocal artists such as tenor Valeriano Lanchas, tenor baritone César Gutiérrez, and soprano Beatriz Mora.
