CONGRATULATIONS on making the choice to apply for membership in the Spartan Youth Wind Symphony!

Follow these steps below to complete your application.

  1. Download SYWS INFORMATION FORM (PDF)
  2. Read Information form and confirm all dates and policies with your parent(s) or guardian.
  3. To indicate which audition format you are choosing, please complete SYWS APPLICATION FORM HERE. 
  4. Pay application fee ONLINE.
  5. Digital Audition. After completing the application, an audition submission link will be sent. Audition recordings are due before 11:59 PM on Friday, May 24, 2024.
