Grammy and Tony Award-winning Jazz giant Dee Dee Bridgewater started her career with the Thad Jones/Mel Lewis Orchestra and has been a force in the music world ever since. Having an equally impressive musical theater resume, Bridgewater is a Goodwill Ambassador to the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization. Her signature spin on standards and intrepid leaps of faith in re-envisioned jazz classics make her one of jazz’s most influential figures.
