Program Printing Timeline
- Submit a digital Microsoft Word file using the template included in the email from the College of Music. Submit your program to the Main Office at programs@music.msu.edu, at least 2 weeks prior to your recital date.
- If you choose NOT to use the Main Office for your program, you must inform the main office, and submit a copy of your program within 2 business days of your recital.
- The Main Office will email you within 2 business days, when a printed program proof is ready for you to pick up.
- Your printed program proof will have a faculty approval form attached to it.
- You must obtain approval from faculty that your program either needs corrections, or is okay to print as is.
- If faculty determines corrections need to be made, you must clearly indicate all changes on the program proof at least 3 business days prior (business days are Mon-Fri) to your recital date. Anything submitted less than 3 business days may not be printed, due to time constraints.
- If only minor changes are needed, we will print your program, and email you when they are ready for you to pick up.
- If substantial changes are required, we will email you when your “corrected proof” is ready to be picked up.
- The Main Office is open Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Please make arrangements to pick up your program during office hours before your recital.
