Guest duo based in New York andPlay—violinist Maya Bennardo and violist Hannah Levinson—brings a bold and collaborative recital of boundary-pushing contemporary chamber music. Known for their adventurous electroacoustic repertoire, the ensemble presents Drifting Landscapes, a program that explores texture, space, and resonance. Works include Drift (2024) by Emily Praetorius, Lightning Fields (2022) by Mariel Roberts, the world premiere of a new piece by MSU composer Anthony T. Marasco, and the U.S. premiere of a new work by Angharad Davies.
