The Electronic Music Happy Hour Series is a weekly event where Composition faculty, students, and staff host workshops on music technology and production, exploring a new topic each week.

With TouchOSC, we’ll turn iPads and phones into controllers for Logic, Ableton Live, and other DAWs, enabling cross-platform, anytime, anywhere creation.

Presenter
Zhengcheng He is a composer, producer, and interaction Artist. Although her work is wide-ranging, her core focus is on creating variety of sound. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in music composition from Michigan State University where she serves as a Music Technology Graduate Assistant. More recently, she has been indulging in the study of sound design and synthesizers in an attempt to increase the audibility of noise music and incorporate melodic qualities.
