With students representing brass, voice and strings, this event features 12 musicians performing a variety of repertoire in a single concert. Students are competing to perform with the MSU’s top ensembles. Winners will be announced after judge deliberations immediately after the concert.

Judges

The distinguished panel of judges includes Mary Bowden, International soloist, Shenandoah Music Conservatory; Daniel Beckwith, conductor with Metropolitan Opera, Stony Brook University Department of Music, Li-Kuo Chang, violist with Chicago Symphony, Indiana University Jacobs School of Music.
