A celebratory fanfare opens an evening of vivid orchestral storytelling. Vivian Fung’s Earworms brings infectious rhythms, colorful textures, and playful musical twists in a vibrant contemporary showcase. The program concludes with Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov’s Scheherazade, a lush symphonic journey inspired by One Thousand and One Nights, where soaring melodies and dazzling orchestration bring tales of adventure, romance, and mystery to life. Conducted by Octavio Más-Arocas, Zongheng Zhang, and Junting Yi.

Generously sponsored by James and Susan Bonfiglio.
