Performs administrative tasks necessary to assist with the overall management of the College of Music’s Advancement Office. In addition, the position provides support to the Senior Director of Development, Associate Director of Development, and Assistant Director of Development.
Responsible for providing leadership and direction for events coordinated by the Advancement Office, Career Services Office, and special projects from the Dean’s Office. This involves managing the logistics, coordination, and execution of College programs and events, including, but not limited to, donor receptions and dinners; special off-site performances; convocation, commencement, and distinguished alumni events; guest artist residencies and concerts; special projects and festivals. In addition, this collaborative position supports concert production, including the ticketing system, box office, and student events staff management.
