Conference Activity Form

The College of Music Office of Admissions will be attending the Midwest Band and Orchestra Clinic in December and the Michigan Music Conference in January. If you are presenting or know of alumni who are, please submit this form. It’s our hope to promote Spartans doing great things at these events.

You may submit the form as many times as necessary, so please only one form per presentation. Submit no later than Nov 1 for Midwest, and Dec 1 for MMC. Thank you!
