Large rehearsal spaces and general classrooms are available for students to reserve on a first come first served basis. Reservations are required. Students are allowed to reserve 3 hours of rehearsal time during the week (Mon-Fri) and are allowed an additional 2 hours on the weekend (Sat-Sun).

Please Note: Cook Recital Hall, Murray Hall and Hollander Hall are not to be used for general rehearsals. Only recitals, recording sessions and dress rehearsals are permitted in the recital venues.
Dress rehearsals may NOT be scheduled during student recital times unless the request is made within 14 days of the recital date.
* Please note, dress rehearsal hours do not count against your weekly allotment of hours.
Applied faculty are permitted to schedule a time each week to meet with their small ensembles. Scheduling for these rehearsals will begin after the 1st full week of classes in each semester. One session per ensemble is allowed per week, maximum 2 hours for a recurring reservation. If additional time is needed, individual reservations can be requested in the patron portal.
Formal student ensembles that meet on a weekly basis are allowed to schedule a “recurring reservation” for the same time each week, provided the following guidelines are met.
