One session per ensemble is allowed per week, maximum 2 hours for a recurring reservation. If additional time is needed, individual reservations can be requested in the patron portal.
Formal student ensembles that meet on a weekly basis are allowed to schedule a “recurring reservation” for the same time each week, provided the following guidelines are met.
- Scheduling may not begin until after the 2nd full week of classes in each semester.
- Only 1 recurring reservation is permitted for each ENSEMBLE.
- Ensemble name must be included in the reservation (Notes to Checkout Center) when submitting your request in the patron portal.
- The maximum time allowed for rehearsal is 2 hours per week.
- Students should schedule these rehearsals in any regular classroom, large rehearsal hall or Eichler (Medium). Performance Venues are not to be used for ensemble rehearsals.
