ABOUT
Provides administrative support to Admissions, Advising, Career Services/Entrepreneurship, Composition, Computer Support, Counselor, Facilities, Keyboard, Music Theory, Recording/Video Services, and Vocal Arts areas. Makes travel arrangements, prepares reimbursement requests, purchases supplies, pays guest honoraria and vendors, deposits funds, reconciles accounts and manages ticket revenue reconciliation. Performs hiring and payroll functions for student and temp/on-call employees for all areas except bands and orchestra under the leadership of the HR Director.
