Wind Symphony

MSU composer Zhou Tian presents the world premiere of his Concerto for Alto Saxophone, featuring acclaimed MSU saxophonist Joseph Lulloff. The program also includes Paul Hindemith’s Konzertmusik für Bläsorchester, Op. 41, George Walker’s Lyric for Band (Arr. by Cheldon Williams), Andrew David Perkins’ Kaufman’s Cove, and Michael Daugherty’s Fifteen: Symphonic Fantasy on the Art of Andy Warhol. The evening also features the world premiere of Time Flies by MSU composer David Biedenbender. Kevin L. Sedatole, conductor.
