“Ring Out, Wild Bells” features music inspired by Tennyson’s poem, calling for fairness and tolerance, with works by Mendelssohn, Dove, Kesselman, and more, conducted by Sandra Snow and Jonathan Reed.
Honoring the influential composer Kaija Saariaho, this concert explores her impactful music and that of other Finnish composers, showcasing their distinctively Finnish musical character. Conducted by Octavio Más-Arocas.
This concert features Rimsky-Korsakov’s Russian Easter Festival Overture, Borodin’s Symphony No. 2, and the winning work from the Jere Hutcheson Composition Competition, conducted by Katherine Kilburn.
The concert, conducted by Kevin L. Sedatole, features guest composer Frank Ticheli and tubist Phil Sinder with the Wind Symphony performing works by Ticheli, Williams, and Larsen.

The MSU Symphony, Choral Union, State Singers, and University Chorale perform Brahms, Strauss, Walton, and a student-composed Fanfare, featuring baritone Mark Rucker and conducted by Sandra Snow and Octavio Más-Arocas.
The concert features guest composer Frank Ticheli and MSU oboist Nermis Mieses. Performances include works by Gala Flagello, Frank Ticheli, Julie Giroux, David Maslanka, David Biedenbender, and Omar Thomas, conducted by David Thornton and Dana Sedatole.
“May the Fourth Be With You” as four grand pianos perform space-themed music from films like Star Wars and 2001: A Space Odyssey at Fairchild Theatre.
