A wide variety of performance opportunities await our students each year, with orchestras, bands, choirs and opera, jazz nonets and combos, small ensembles, and more.
A variety of programs and initiatives operate continuously or annually to enhance learning experiences and help students prepare for their future in music.
The MSU College of Music supports and challenges students, values innovation and creativity, and helps every community member achieve professional excellence.

All events take place in the Music Building, conveniently located on West Circle Drive in North Campus: 333 West Circle Drive, East Lansing, MI 48824
Except for handicapped spaces, parking restrictions are not enforced on the weekends (unless otherwise noted). There are spaces directly in front of the Music Building and on the northern side of West Circle Drive. If no spaces are available, the Visitor lot near Spartan Stadium south of the river is also available. Review the MSU Interactive Map for parking options (lot 62 is the closest public lot).
If you are bringing a harp, you may unload directly in front of the Music Building. You will be stopping in the left traffic lane. Just turn on your hazard lights and unload quickly like you would do when dropping off someone with luggage at an airport. After unloading, move the vehicle to a parking space. Do not leave vehicles unattended while unloading, and please unload as quickly as possible. If you find parking in front of the building, you can unload from there and keep the space for the day. Same procedure for loading out at the end of the day.
